One of the most identifiable chefs in the country thanks to his facetime on many Food Network programs, Keegan Gerhard remains approachable and accessible. He relishes his time talking to guests, whether at the dessert prep station at D Bar or after a demonstration at Disney’s Epcot Food & Wine Festival. His ability to focus and strive for excellence can be traced to his discipline when training to be an Olympic-class cyclist. Gerhard spent seven years as a chef before he began to dedicate his career to pastries while at Piret’s in San Diego, and he’s never stopped trying to elevate not only his own skills but his staff as well. Füdmill is an avenue for Keegan to apply his experience producing pastries for his restaurants to delivering on a larger scale.
